Substitute Assistant Teachers
On call for Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms. No experience necessary.
At our Worcester and Westborough locations.
Infant Teacher
8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. provide care of 7 infants with the help of an Assistant Teacher.
DEEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certficiation required.
At our Worcester Childcare Facility.
Pre-K Teacher
Full Time 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Classroom of 10 Pre-K Students
at our Worcester Childcare Center. DEEC Preschool Teacher qualification required.
Lead Preschool Teacher
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Provide supervision and support for three preschool classrooms
at our Worcester Child Care Center. DEEC Lead Preschool Teacher qualification required.
Must have or be willing to work on a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Westboro Positions:
Substitute Assistant Teachers
On call for Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms. No experience necessary.
At our Westborough and Worcester locations.
Infant Teacher
Full time 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. At our Westborough, NAEYC accredited childcare center. DEEC certification required.
Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher
Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at our Westborough Child Care Center.
Must have or be working on an AA degree in ECE.
Daybreak
Family Advocate/Shelter Coordinator
Battered women's shelter. You will act as a backup to the Shelter Director,
assess the immediate needs of the families, conduct ongoing assessment
of the families, initiate contact with resources and coordinate appointments
and transportation. The preferred candidate will have: a degree in Human
Services or a related field or the equivalent experience, and an understanding
of the effects of domestic violence. Full time.
Shelter Relief
On call. You will provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and
enforce shelter guidelines and policies at our battered women’s shelters in the Worcester area
Community Educator
20 hours/week. You will schedule
and deliver community education programs and training for children and youth
about child assault prevention and domestic violence awareness, prevention and
intervention. The preferred candidate will have: a degree in Human Services,
Education or a related field, and an understanding of the effects of domestic violence.
Domestic Violence Hotline Advocate
Part-time, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday. Provide information,
resources and intervention to victims of domestic violence. The preferred
candidate will have an understanding of the effects of domestic violence.
Domestic Violence/Community Service Outreach Advocate
You will provide hot-line coverage, short-term counseling, facilitate support
groups and conduct community education programs. The preferred candidate will
have a degree in Human Services or a related field and an understanding of the
effects of domestic violence.
Children's Advocate - Battered Women's Shelter
You will provide services to children of domestic violence victims including planning appropriate activities, conducting
playgroups, providing education/resources to mothers. The preferred candidate will have: a bachelor's
degree, an understanding of the effects of domestic violence and previous experience working
with children.
BWRI - Leominster
Community Educator
20 hours per week. You will schedule and deliver programs and training for children
and youth about child assault prevention and domestic violence awareness,
prevention and intervention. The preferred candidate will have experience
working with children.
Shelter Relief
On call. You will provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and
enforce shelter guidelines and policies at our battered women’s shelters in the Worcester area
